This photo, dated May, 1913, shows the temporary sales office Deming constructed on Coventry Road.  The building sits at the point where Fairmount and Coventry intersect (the site of St. Paul's).  Note the trolley tracks to the left of the building in the background.  The advertisement on the building says "Magnificent home sites on golf links or in the woods."
