April 1914 Chatfield north from Fairmount Notice the billboard advertising lots available on Chatfield Drive, along with 2270 Chatfield, one of the first 3 houses Deming built.  Howell & Thomas designed this house, and the original drawings still exist.
August 1914 Chatfield Houses under construction This view shows, from left to right, 2270 completed, 2260 half completed, and 2252 just underway. Shot is taken from Clarkson Rd.
March 1915 Chatfield houses This view shows the same houses on Chatfield, completed.  2270 is by Howell & Thomas Architects, 2260 by Otto Staff, Architect, and 2252 Howell & Thomas.
November 1915 View of Chatfield Drive and N. St. James Pkwy houses This is a rare panoramic view of houses variously under construction and completed.
October 1915 2289 Chatfield Drive This house was designed by Bohnard & Parssons, Architects for Louis Englander.
July 1916 2277 Chatfield Drive This lovely home was designed by Howell & Thomas.
August 1916 2270 Chatfield Drive This is one of the first 3 houses built by Deming, and was designed by Howell & Thomas. 
August 1916 2289 Chatfield Drive This is the Louis Englander House completed.
July 1916 2260 Chatfield Drive This is the Otto Leisy residence, designed by Otto Staff, Architect.
July 1916 2252 Chatfield Drive This is the Kellogg residence, designed by Howell & Thomas.
August 1916 2288 Chatfield Drive This is the Frank Venning residence, designed by Howell & Thomas.  Venning was the president of Union Salt, Company.
